I have set the APN to tn1 and enabled data roaming. The "voice and data" setting is set to "4G, VoLTE On". I've rebooted the phone. Nothing seems to work.
I have an iPhone XS.
edit: just power cycled the phone again and now it shows 4G. No idea.
