F should always have at least a beverage service and a small snack of some sort, pre-COVID. MCO-MIA, a flight I've flown very many times always had a full beverage service and bag of snack mix in F, though some crews are better than others.

The best service I can recall was the last flight of the night from MIA-MCO, most people were asleep and the FA was very proactive in topping up my wine glass. I managed to finish the bottle from PDB to final approach. Should anyone else be interested in trying it, I can assure you that this is a mistake if you're drinking the Prosecco, brace for a strong headache.
