I was trying to get a clear answer about this.
PSEG allows for payments using credit card through SpeedpayŽ, a Western Union company.
But my question is does chase treat payment through Speedpay as an Cash Advance transaction or a regular credit card transaction.
I am trying to see if it is worth it to meet my chase preferred signup bonus.
