Also, weird experience with the customer appreciation credit - I called in to try for a retention bonus and came up dry, but they promised a $125 customer appreciation credit would post automatically within a few days. No dice, so I called in again and the agent had no idea what I was talking about, but eventually just manually applied a $125 credit to my account. I guess the moral of the story is, pay attention to whether you've received the customer appreciation credit and follow up if not.
