Got some petrol off an Esso/Tesco Express site today, and the receipt advertised double points on fuel for the month of August at all Tesco/Esso Express sites. So 2 points per £3, so better than the 1 point per £2 you get at Tesco petrol stations. Whether that's worth the slightly more expensive petrol is up to you! For me as well the fact that I've got an Esso much closer to me than any Tesco station.
