The rooftop pool isn't in the Turquoize tower, and as long as you're an adult you'll never have an issue getting to it, regardless of where in the Ziva you stay.
That’s NEVER been the case in my 10+ experiences. They are always checking room numbers ( or they just recognize you) at the rooftop pool. Seen many adults turned away. Has there been a policy change?
