Just a note I thought would be useful for this thread...don't try to transit through Portugal. Friend got turned down from his flight from Miami to Lisbon tonight, even though he's just transiting on his way to Ukraine, because he doesn't have a PCR corona test with results from the last 72 hours. Even though it's just a transit they're still giving him a hard time and refused him entry to board.
