Merciful Heaven - what a palava! I called as you all told me. I got through in about 6/7 minutes. The young man who assisted me could not have been sweeter - but the process took forever. I wanted to change A J class ticket for two from IST to ADB, and another for the return so effectively there two PNRs. It took an hour. The system was slower than my husband going to wash my windows. One hour for something that should not take 5 minutes. Even now we have not finished, I have to pay something - what or why I do not know as I had lost the will to live. I could not pay over the phone - he said that I had to go to a Sales Office to do this. I am hoping that there is a TK office working at LHR next week. As I say, he could not have been nicer but really that is ridiculous - he said that the system was running slow. Well he might.
Had this been a super-cheap fare that i wanted altering I could understand - but J is supposed to be changeable at any time. Grant me patience.
this is exactly every experience I have with with TK hotline. And then sales office people don’t reply for days or weeks. Twilight zone!
