Agreed. From hard product and soft product Grace does not compare to the Connaught or UH, or most Virtuoso properties in London or HK. But for clients who are young and are looking for the party scene, they can justify paying the prices to stay in a nicer place in Santorini.

The only other place I could think of with a vaguely comparable market to Santorini is Mykonos, although it's different in some ways too.
