edit: Ana website mention SQ award are disable due to some regulation by CAAS (civil aviation authority of Singapore wef 15/6)
not sure what is the regulation though
I’m guessing it’s related to the transit restrictions (travel can only originate from certain cities).

Unfortunate for those who can genuinely enter SG or transit, but I suppose this prevents ineligible travellers from booking.
