What EU countries are open to TRAVELERS arriving from the UK? I ask as I will be in the UK for a week in November and within that time frame I have a separate trip booked LHR-BUD but as of now at least travelers coning from the UK need to quarantine. Are there currently countries I will be able to go to FROM England at that time even though I am a US citizen?
Slovakia bases their entry requirements on where you spent the last 14 days, rather than your nationality or residence. But to continue to Hungary you'd need to get tested (that being said, tests are fairly cheap in Slovakia and results come within 48 hours).
