Yes, I did some more digging and found that El Al does CAI-Tel Aviv.

Found this on the net while searching in regards to the bus:
IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of 13 June 2004 there is no through bus service between Cairo and Israel. The only way to travel from Cairo to Israel now is via Taba as the Rafah border is closed to tourists. Local Egyptian buses run between Cairo and Taba, some 6 hours away. Passengers must cross the border on foot at Taba and take an Israeli bus or taxi from there into Eilat. In Eilat there is a regular public bus service to Jerusalem and then on to Tel Aviv. The only alternative to this cumbersome route is to fly between Cairo and Tel Aviv. Flights are not daily and air schedules change from month to month.

Anyone have an idea/approx time a bus would take say from Cairo-Jeruselem?
