Any advice appreciated. I am a 100+ days wait for a couple of flex tickets which I canceled. Aegean CS calculated the refund amount (close to Euro 1,000) and I have an incident number. But no refund after what is by now an excessive amount of time. All CS is stating is 'the account department needs more time'. Tickets are out of Germany. Aegean is not a SÖP member carrier so a complaint does not work. By now Swiss, LH, and many other carriers have refunded. Aegean is the only airline who has not.
