For people who took advantage of the upgrade from no-fee to Surpass card last summer, what date are you using to downgrade back to the no-fee (if you are)? The actual date of the upgrade (which would be exactly 12 months) or the date that they charged the pro-rated annual fee (which for me was about 1.5 months after the upgrade).
