The Travelodge CVA inserted a break clause which gives landlords until November to switch brand if they choose.
As well as the ~400 Travelodges set to be restructured into a new owner/lease platform called AGO Hotels, which will be Accor-branded and funded, another 80 (and potentially up to 200) Travelodges are due to move to a new brand, Goodnight Hotels, which will be using the Village Hotels management platform

If both these enterprises come to fruition and the number of sites transitioning to new brands are as high as quoted Travelodge in the UK is done and dusted as that's pretty much 100% of the current portfolio.
