Southwest Flight Attendant - my hero

On Monday, July 20th, my family and I had just flown from Maui back home to Honolulu. Minutes after deplaning I stumbled over a carry on back I had put on a luggage cart that I didn’t see fall off. I tripped on the bag and went down on my right hip. I was unable to even roll over. A Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant L Downie was close behind me. She immediately inquired what she could do to help others make me comfortable and so on. Even with my family (which included a daughter who is a Doctor) there, Ms. Downie did not leave until EMS had me safely on an ambulance on the way to Queens Medical Center. The last thing I did before getting in the ambulance was ask my son in law to get the name of that Flight Attendant. As it turns out I fractured my right femur, which required surgery the next day to repair. I have written Southwest a letter, but wanted to share this with y’all. Ms. Downie - you are my hero - thank you
