I had a temperature issue on ANA F once too now that I think of it.
In my latest CX flight HKG-ZRH in F, the nice black suit shook my hands at the destination, and said - ooh, your hands are so cold. I said yes. She then said "cold hands but a warm heart!" which I didn't quite know how to reply. A good laugh.
