When I checked last week, DL was selling refundable fares. And they weren't full-fare. I picked up a ticket (speculative booking) for next March/April - paid cash in PS and upgraded the redeye return flight to D1 - 45K SkyPesos for that segment. If the virus is still a problem in March, I can just cancel out the itinerary and get everything back (full refund back to credit card and miles redeposited w/o fee)
