Breakfast Credit: $30 per person (2 people), can only be used at 3940 Coffee and Tea House (didn't get to use it)
Credits: $125 spa credit, but due to spa being closed, it was used for Room Service
Comment: We were quite surprised to be upgraded to a penthouse with a big living room, a wet bar, and humoungos bedroom. The Cafe was the only one F&B opened in the lobby, but it was busy so we couldn't use the breakfast credit. Upon checkout, they offered comped resort fee, which was appreciated. We also had room service delivered. Food was delicious. When we walked into the lobby to check-in, an employee checked our temp and attempted to process our check-in in the middle of the lobby. Because we had Amex FHR amenities, the check-in process continued at the front desk. Staff was really nice, parking is currently free, and for the rate you can't beat it.
