I just did DFW-DOH-CGK yesterday. I too debated the transit hotel. But the almost 300 USD put me off. I did 8 hours in the lounge, I was fine as I slept a good potion of DFW-DOH. The lounge was DEAD. Maybe 50 PAX at its peak. Bring something to cover up with, freaking COLD. And I like Cold! Other than that, QR has done beautifully in all areas during COVID. Other than wearing mask, (I didn't wear shield), it was fairly close to normal, just a few minor service cuts.
