I got my three from the airline credit on the American Express Platinum card. I purchased them all through delta.com, and the certificates were e-mailed to me. I use the same e-mail for Skymiles and Delta.
In any case, I have bought at least 20 or so of these in that manner, and there are only three remaining that have not been redeemed.
If it's a scam, they have some really good inside information.
