EDIT: Actually, there are a few changes to the kit. In addition to the pretzels, the earphones are now included, as well as the below message from AC's chief medical officer.
I got the exact same stuff in my CleanCare+ bag today on AC 215. Even though there's headsets in the bag, a flight attendant still came through the cabin offering headsets.
