A couple of quick questions, please, about the Future Travel Voucher, if we go that route.
Reading around, it seems that it's currently quite hard to spend those vouchers because of a shortage of staff to answer the phone to make the booking. However, if I opt for that - still no action taken for now - I understand BA are moving towards converting these vouchers into some sort of e-voucher so they can be booked online rather than passengers needing to tie up a phone agent to make the booking. Is there any news on this roll out? Have I got my facts right? How will I know my voucher is an e-voucher?

they are starting to convert FTVs but only very simple cash one way/return bookings which haven’t had changes. I can’t see it happening to reward bookings. If they did convert one of your FTVs you get an email to tell you.
