I had to go up the ladder and spend about 30 minutes on the phone, but I finally got my points. And then I said never again.
The last time that I stayed at The LV Grand I made several complaints about their "methods" at check-out (I was businesslike and pleasant). Most businesses WANT to know how they are doing from the customer's view and are receptive to (and solicit) constructive criticism, Next in the casino while playing I noticed soon after that I was being shadowed and followed by their security personnel. I mentioned my displeasure(s) of my stay to the table personnel after they engaged me in polite communication (they were trying to be light and friendly, asking how I was and blah blah how's your day, how is your experience at their hotel, etc.). And I told them the truth about how the DTGrand (IMO) had fallen short. Once I spotted the security - who likely were ill-informed of the non-threat I possessed - I headed for the garage. As I exited the garage one of the security guards was standing immediately in front of my vehicle (on the other side of the gate access control arm) taking photos. He retreated across the street back towards the casino so as to physically avoid me (I know he was just following the bosses' directions but I'd like to have given him a knuckle or two.) I'll NEVER go there again. (The are no longer a Choice property. Adios jerks!) And I walked away with some of their casino's money...a tiny bit of justice.
