While domestic load factors did reach the low 60% range, it's been a good bit lower than 60% since the uptick in cases and July schedule increases.

The anecdotal reports are always skewed as there are far more passengers on the full flights. One full 739 is 179 passengers who see the full flight. That airplane's next flight might have only 20 passengers. Take a poll and it's 179 to 20 saying that flights are full though average load factor was actually only 56%.
