Based on my personal experience there's absolutely no way to get a 140TP/2000mi segment on an East Coast to East Coast ticket on the usual fares.
MPM fares are roughly based on the distance between the origin and destination and allow some extra miles.
The fares I just checked are routing based and mostly allow stuff like:
Code:
MAP CONSTRUCTED LEFT TO RIGHT AND RIGHT TO LEFT
1. NYC-BOS/CHI/DFW/NYC/PHL/WAS-CLT/MIA-MIA-ORL
2. NYC-CLT/MIA-MIA-ORL
.
Note: just because the routing rules allow a certain connection doesn't mean it's doable. You also need to take the fare rules (max connections, ...) into account.

Three 40TP segments per direction is the maximum.
If you want to get a 777 into the mix you can to LGW-DFW-MIA-TPA/ORD.
