How do you know that wasn't exactly what his initial approach was?
I could be wrong, but as this appears to be an email, so his MP file is now noted as:
"comp request denied John Doe Sept 26 by email" or whatever, so to keeping on phoning will get next agent to note file:
"Member phoned to schmooze me despite receiving John Doe Sept 26 email - I advised again we are unable to assist - Jane Doe Sept 28" and so on, and so on.
These folks posting above are clearly gonna make 2P on their next trip anyway, they both say so, so why urge them to get negative junk like this scrawled all over their records, and be ID'd as a pest from Day #1 of elite history?
