Catering was never really the defining feature of buying a J ticket. If they are happy lying across 3 Y seats, book economy. Otherwise book J. Austin does't seem to go direct until 1 Oct. Before that if they connect on a route with the new Club Suites (DFW on the 787-10 or BOS/IAD on 350), they'll get a nice hard product.
