Finnair is great at hiding the terms of its tickets from consumers
CHANGING OR CANCELLING A FINNAIR PLUS AWARD FLIGHT
If the change is made after tickets have already been issued, there will be change fee of €50 per ticket or the equivalent sum in another currency. In addition, the taxes and passenger fees incurred due to the change will be charged in full.
A Finnair Plus award flight ticket may not be changed after the journey has begun.
If the flight is cancelled more than 24 hours before the departure, the points will be returned to the account of the member. Paid taxes, other passenger fees and expired points will not be returned. Partly unused flight tickets will not be refunded.
