They were serving some type of snack mix in premium on SEA-MCI earlier this month but of course it was an E175 flight so maybe that was a bit different since it wasn't mainline. Honestly, it seems like every few weeks or so, something changes (lately for the better) with regard to in-flight food and beverage so I can imagine it's challenging to keep up with from the FA perspective.
