I too have received an email from BA cancelling our return business class flight to London From Washington USA but not the outbound to Washington.
Our booking used a 241 companion voucher due originally to expire in March 2021 .
If I opt to cancel this return flight rather than rebook does this mean I will just get the avios & taxes for this flight refunded or would I be able to cancel both flights on the booking ?
I actually want to cancel both flights but think if I contact customer services to request this I forfeit the money paid out for seat reservations - am I correct here ?
