It probably wouldn't matter, because Barclays doesn't allow you to convert to any card you want, without an offer for that conversion already being on your account. If you had read both the Business and Personal Barclays retention threads over the last few pages each, you'd have realized that most people who want to downgrade to a Barclays card that exists, instead of cancelling, are not given that option.
