I was just logging on to FT to ask the same question. Thanks for info, OP and MarJon. I just chatted with an agent in the app who told me they are "reissuing all vouchers that are set to expire between March 1st and September 30th." Mine expires in mid-September and she told me to reach out closer to the expiration to get my voucher reissued.
