Thanks. I finally called them and just made a reservation at the Ellis street location in town. They have a gold counter and that will do well enough. I didn't want to have to make my way to the airport although and this is one of the only times it actually makes sense not to rent at the airport. Rental at SFO would add $150 - probably from all of the extra airport taxes. I knew airport taxes were bad, but didn't know they were this bad! (Created a dummy SFO reservation with the exact same dates and car that I just made at the Ellis St. location.)
