I thought I read that MSP terminal 2 had closed the National station and were directing everyone to T1 now? But I just made a reservation for MSP and see that they now list both T1 and T2 arrival details again.
Did something change and T2 is back open again? Or is the information about the location just very out of date?
I'm guessing with all the confusion to new travelers (arriving in what terminal) they're now just treating both T1 & T2 as a single location with two different places you can pick up or drop off.
I picked up at T1 last week and returned it to T2 today. Both locations were working in full strength. But, I noticed when making a reservation on the mobile app, there is only one choice (T1 & T2) and then in the reservation process, they ask you to enter your flight details (beyond the normal optional flight question) simply to give directions to the right location.
With that said, I didn't enter flight details and still picked up at T1 and returned to T2 without any questions.
