It's the contract ID from a website called "germanwho.com" (you can also sign up for free there, you'll get the same discount).
I've signed up for that thing, waded through the German, and it turns out they no longer list any discount code. Instead, you book through their site, and the the discount is "up tp" 20%. I've just tested SJC vs. Alamos' own site, and the price was exactly the same... except the currency on GermanWho was EUR! So, avoid.
