I think most airlines are holding tight until the fall to see how things go. Predictions are that demand for air travel will drop significantly over the summer. As Covid continues to rage across the country it also remains to be seen how that will affect how full the flights are. Honestly, I don't think things will get back to any kind of normal for a year or so - but that is purely speculation on my part.
At least the water and OJ seem to be back on the SEA-PDX shuttle flights....just flew a Q400 from SEA-PDX and had the "usual" (pre-COVID) water or OJ options along with Biscoff cookies.
