Sadly you are not going to fly on the 747. KLM has retired all their 747s like many other airlines. They do still, temporarily, operate the 747 Combi, but as far as I am aware this is only for flights to China.
You are right Rambol, I read after my post that KLM retired all their 747 except 3x Combi,
but it looks like out of Mexico it is the 747-400 "Mixed Configuration" that is flying, so I might still get lucky
