No sorry, I agree, I meant I didn't even think they were limiting at all anymore. I have seemingly purchase (and also cancelled) the last seat in F at least twice over the past 3 weeks. I saw several flights 9/10 booked out of the 12 and just assumed they would sell those as well. Some were list as F sold out but admittedly I didn't look to see if they were holding back seats.
I've sat in F 9 times (all between PDX and LAX/BUR/ONT) since early March and have yet to sit next to another person. Most of the time they're booking either 50% for 73X, or 2/3 on the E75s, but will go over that if there are people on the same PNR sitting together. I think on only one of the flights have I seen two people who didn't look like they were together sitting next to each other in F.
