Having gone through this evening, there was not much of a queue and the e-gates were working - through in a couple of minutes.

As was mentioned before, it is strange to still have so many people arriving without completed forms and who then stand at the entrance to passport control trying to do so.

I do however think that the form has a few confusing/unclear elements. I have had to complete it a few times now and if you have a travel history + upcoming (domestic) travel I think it’s actually quite difficult to get it fully complete and accurate.
