Here's one - Birmingham Crown Plaza - Standard Rate. £143 07 GBP / Night. Includes taxes. Excludes 10% Service Charge.There's a separate comment saying 10% service charge on meals / drinks, so it may simply be referring to that, but if so, why mention it against the room rate which has no food included ?
