The current state of play is for those who booked prior to 3 March atm a FTV is only available where travel takes place up to the end of August. For bookings made from 3 March onwards FTVs are already available for any booking up to April 2021.

Where people have bookings for travel beyond August there certainly is a high probability of not being able to travel to certain destinations for the rest of this year potentially, so you are very much hoping and crossing your fingers for a flight cancellation to get a refund. Otherwise you would be stuck doing cancellations/changes under fare rules only.
