I checked my rewards account activity on the Hertz web site which used to display the points earned for each rental by month.
I noticed that none of my rentals in 2020 had posted any points even though they are printed on the receipts.
Same problem on both the Web and mobile application.
I am Presidents Circle and have had multiple rentals in each month.

I called Hertz and they said it was a known problem that account activity is not displaying properly and they have no idea when or if the problem will be resolved.
Individual receipts can be displayed but there is no corresponding entry in the rewards activity log.
Seems strange.

Is anyone else having a problem with viewing their point history?
