LAX and day JFK flight are always A380. ATL used to be A380 but for like over a year or so it's been 748.
JFK night flight has been a second A380 during summer season the past few years, so it's not guaranteed. The last time the 748 served JFK in the summer was 2016.

And in general, with all of the uncertainty in the travel world at the moment, there is unfortunately no such thing as a guarantee that any particular route will have a particular aircraft type.

Based on the relative ages of the aircraft and what other airlines have done, I suspect that if Korean retires a bunch of aircraft, the A380s would go before the 748s, in which case things might switch around even more and routes like JFK might become more likely to be all-748 (and other 748 routes might change to something else), but that's all very uncertain at this point.

Some historical data points:

ATL was all 748 from Jun 2018 to the pandemic; prior to that it was a mix of 777 and A380.

SFO had 748 service in summer 2018 but not summer 2019.

Summer 2017 service on 748 was to: FCO, FRA, HKG, HNL, LHR, PRG, SFO, SIN, YVR
Summer 2018 service on 748 was to: ATL, FCO, FRA, LHR, PRG, SFO
Summer 2019 service on 748 was to: ATL, CDG (1x weekly), FCO, FRA, HNL,PRG

Good luck.
