Michelin-starred (yes, we have them here in Birmingham!) have been offering pre-prepared heat at home catering when they couldn’t open. I appreciate things would need to be pre plated (or pre boxed as this seems to me to make all the difference) but you could have a premium box with ‘premium’ food!
Even something like a Charlie Bigham’s ready meal where all the crew need to do is put it in the oven (perhaps using tongues!) might be an improvement.
