This is a common thing, and this happened to me on 3 different bookings last year.

Things to try.....

1. Log into your booking direct and ensure you exec club number is set on the booking.

2. Try logging out and back into of the app.

3. If none of the above works, you can log out of the app at any tiime and log into the booking if you need to check in / get boarding pass.
