Read what you sign people. We have Air B/B rentals and are getting bombarded daily with people just thinking money should fall from the sky to pay them back. Obviously, Covid isn't a traveler's fault.... but it isn't a property owner's either. If you sign something be ready to live by it.
Actually, if the provider took money for a product they can no longer lawfully provide, a refund is generally due.
I've helped two clients get COVID-travel related refunds in situations where the provider's original response was "the contract says no refund."
