Actually, what the OP bought is a package that will require them to sit for timeshare sales pitch.
This is an honest to goodness timeshare (pitch/straightarm sales effort) - you ain't getting your money back. You can potentially use your package re-booked in the future, but they aren't going to give your money back willingly.
