Absolutely - phoning on the 14th would have got the issue dealt with on the 14th - it was a sensible recommendation - the website is not perfect and the agents can piece things together and get them priced

To me that would be the 1st approach and then if that failed/was priced unexpectedly would be looking at what else could be done
