So far I've managed to never sit beside anyone, usually at the front of the aircraft and board last/disembark first. There is certainly a lot more risk than staying at home, but for me so far I've felt my personal risk to be reasonable. That said I havent seen my parents (65+, and 2 of 3 of them with health issues) since I've started flying.
